The Guardian / AP Peru's Toledo Seeks Fujimori's Return: "Toledo, who took office on July 28, promised Fujimori a fair and transparent trial, saying he would invite observers from the International Court of Justice in The Hague and the Inter-American Human Rights Court to monitor the proceedings."
